Executive – Data Entry Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create new project entries in the system and generate indents as per requirements.
2. Enter and update material changes in the system through ECN/CCN (Engineering Change Note /
Change Control Note)
3. Verify busbar quality data in the system against actual usage.
4. Record, track and update B & C class material issues in the system
5. Maintain accurate production, inventory and material movement records
6. Support production, planning and purchase teams with required data/reports
7. Assist in preparing MIS reports and data analysis for management
8. Provide backup for documentation and record-keeping activities.
9. Coordinate with quality and stores departments for data reconciliation.
10. Support internal/external audits with data and record submissions including ISO and client audits.

Desired candidate profile:

Any Graduate

 2-6 years of experience in Data Entry / Back Office in Manufacturing industry

 Knowledge of ERP software/ Inventory management software
 Knowledge of commercial Terms and Invoicing.
 Familiarity with production and quality documentation in manufacturing
 Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office tools for reports and reconciliation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
