Role Summary

The ESG Executive will be responsible for supporting Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives, investor coordination (including IFC-related engagements), and sustainability reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of ESG frameworks, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with investor requirements and sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

ESG & Sustainability Reporting

• Assist in preparation of ESG disclosures and sustainability reports.
• Track ESG metrics and maintain dashboards for management review.
• Support implementation of ESG policies and initiatives across the organization.

Investor Coordination (IFC & Others)

• Coordinate with IFC and other investors on ESG-related queries and compliance requirements.
• Prepare documentation and reports for investor reviews.
• Ensure timely communication and alignment with investor expectations.

Compliance & Governance

• Support adherence to ESG frameworks and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for ESG activities.
• Assist in internal and external ESG audits.

Data Management & Analysis

• Use advanced Excel and reporting tools to track ESG KPIs.
• Conduct benchmarking and gap analysis against industry standards.
• Provide insights to improve ESG performance and reporting efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting.
• Experience in investor coordination, preferably with IFC.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Deliverables

• Accurate and timely ESG reporting.
• Effective investor coordination with IFC and other stakeholders.
• Zero non-compliance in ESG disclosures.
• Clean audit records and reconciled ESG data.
• Efficient and structured ESG dashboards and MIS reporting.

Preferred Profile

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, or investor relations.
• Exposure to healthcare or diagnostics industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of ESG compliance and reporting standards.
• Ability to work in high-growth and dynamic environments.
