About The Role:
Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, secure and in line with workplace safety requirements & Housekeeping upkeep perspective.
- Handling calls at reception and EPBAX management.
- Managing all incoming calls and direct it to the respective departments/stake holders.
- Maintaining all the front desk records and registers (visitor log, Issual of badges as per the RBD Ferns Icon security process).
- Maintaining all contractors’ registers (In and out, attendance etc.)
- Handing client visits/arrangements in coordination with facility teams.
- Monitor conference room bookings and coordinate meeting rooms’ setup for specific requests during client visit in coordination with Admin/facility coordinator.
- Coordination with vendor for food and beverage supplies during client/team meetings.
- Ensuring effective organizing of Meetings/Events.
- Greet and guide visitors / clients, informing staffs of their arrival.
- Maintain visitors/contractors’ registration.
- Meeting room/conference room booking and arrangement in coordination with support team for RBD Ferns Icon visitors/clients.
- Handle and redirect incoming calls as required.
