Executive HR & Admin Full Time

• Preparing monthly payroll inputs.
• Salary processing coordination and payroll verification.
• Handling attendance, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
• Preparation of salary sheets and payroll reports.
• Coordination with accounts department for salary disbursement.
• Maintaining payroll compliance recordsHandling end-to-end recruitment process.
• Job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Managing joining formalities and employee onboarding.
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Attendance and leave management.
• Employee engagement and coordination activities.
• Handling PF & ESI registration and documentation.
• Monthly PF and ESI challan preparation and compliance.
• UAN activation, KYC update, and employee support.
• Preparation and submission of statutory returns.
• Maintaining labour law compliance records.
• Knowledge of Maharashtra labour compliances and statutory regulations.
• Coordination with government departments and consultants.
• Handling audits related to PF, ESI, labour compliance, and payroll.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
