Role Description

This full-time role, based in Mumbai / Kalyan, is for an Executive Operations Director (Operation Head’s Assistant). This is primarily a field-based role involving around 80% site work and 20% office work. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Operation Head in managing operations, coordinating with government departments, attending official meetings, monitoring project activities, and ensuring smooth operational workflow.

The role requires regular travelling for meetings, field visits, project coordination, and official assignments. The candidate should be confident, professional, well-spoken, and capable of representing the organization effectively during external meetings and operational activities.

• Experience in operations, education sector, coordination, or government projects will be an added advantage

• Candidates with sales or field sales background are highly preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant operational tools
