Key Responsibilities

1. Placement Coordination

• Coordinate placement activities for trainees.
• Track candidate progress and placement status.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with trainees and employers to ensure successful placement outcomes.

2. Front Office & Centre Administration

• Manage front office operations and handle visitor interactions professionally.
• Maintain centre records, documentation, and administrative processes.
• Support day-to-day centre activities and ensure smooth functioning of operations.
• Provide career guidance and counselling support.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Proven experience in customer service, front desk operations, placement coordination, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in English and the local language is required; knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the education, training, or skill development sector is desirable but not mandatory.
