Key Responsibilities

• Lead Follow-Up & Customer Engagement
• Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, referrals, and WhatsApp.
• Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, features, and benefits.
• Sales & Revenue Generation
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and consultative selling.
• Guide customers throughout the purchase process.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products whenever applicable.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Relationship Management
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Lead Tracking & CRM Management
• Maintain lead records and update customer interactions in CRM systems or sales trackers.
• Monitor lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-up.
• Track conversion metrics and sales performance.
• Online Sales Operations
• Manage customer interactions through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media platforms.
• Assist customers with payment and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Hindi; English communication is an added advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to build trust and establish customer relationships.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
