Job Description for Procurement:

Key Responsibilities areas:

• Execute procurement of R&D chemicals, intermediates, solvents, gases, consumables.
• Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and distributors for sourcing specialty and custom chemicals.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Support onboarding and registration of new vendors as per compliance requirements.
• Plan and track material requirements in alignment with project timelines.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for domestic and international shipments.

Qualification

• Graduate (Commerce/Science).

Experience

• 02 years (CRO/Pharma exposure preferable)

Technical and functional Skills:

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of procurement.
• Well versed in Microsoft office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skill (Email/verbal)

Behavioral Skills

• Should be self-motivated and having challenge accepting trait
• Positive approach with never to give-up attitude.
• Always stretch when there is increases in routine work
