Job Purpose

• To support the media team by monitoring digital mentions, managing online reputation (ORM), and providing data-driven insights through sentiment analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• ORM & Listening: Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation across all major platforms.
• Sentiment Analysis: Use social media monitoring tools to analyze conversations and derive actionable insights.
• Digital Engagement: Manage online sentiment and ensure the brand’s voice is consistent and responsive.
• Reporting: Track media coverage and prepare daily/weekly sentiment and activity reports.
• Education and Experience
• Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital monitoring.

Skills (Soft and Functional)

• Solid understanding of platforms including X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical skills with a pulse on digital community behavior.
• Excellent written communication skills for professional engagement.
• Proficiency in media monitoring, canva and Microsoft Office.
