Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive – Talent Acquisition & HR Assistant based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and supporting selection processes for various functions. The Executive will assist in building and maintaining employer branding initiatives, managing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases and recruitment dashboards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, supporting IT and non-IT hiring, preparing and issuing offer letters, and assisting in onboarding and induction activities. The role also includes maintaining HR records, supporting HR operations such as documentation and compliance, and contributing to employee engagement and communication activities.

Qualifications

• Strong talent acquisition capabilities, including experience in Hiring and Recruiting across different levels and functions.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
• Experience or familiarity with Employer Branding initiatives, including job postings, social media presence, and candidate experience.
• Knowledge of IT Recruitment practices, with the ability to understand technical requirements and collaborate with IT hiring managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and common office productivity software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work collaboratively in a team, and operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in the energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
