What You’ll Be Doing: The Core of the Role

You are the remote anchor ensuring our executives operate at peak efficiency. Your expertise will cover:

• Executive Calendar Mastery: Own complex scheduling, meeting coordination, and time management.
• Flawless Travel Planning: Coordinate all domestic and international travel logistics (flights, hotels, detailed itineraries).
• Professional Communication: Draft, edit, and manage high-level email correspondence and internal communications.
• Project & Task Management: Proactively track administrative tasks, deadlines, and project milestones.
• Document & Presentation Prep: Create, format, and organize critical reports, presentations, and confidential files.
• Discreet Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive company and executive information with absolute discretion.

What You’ll Bring: Your Qualifications

We’re looking for a highly capable professional who is ready to jump in and make an immediate impact.

• Experience: At least 6 months of dedicated experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or high-level administrative support role.
• Mindset: Independent, highly reliable, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver.
• Tech Fluency: Expert use of calendar and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and general remote work platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional, professional, and clear written and verbal skills.
• Availability: Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) during standard US business hours.
