EXECUTIVE VVIP PSO (EX-PARAMILITARY/SPECIAL FORCES)
Role: Personal Security Officer (PSO) to the Founder, Chairman & Managing Director
Location: Jamnagar
Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an elite, highly disciplined, and vigilant Executive PSO to provide high-level protection and protocol management for our Founder, Chairman & Managing Director. This role requires a professional who carries the rigor of the forces into a sophisticated corporate environment, an individual who is polite, humble, and respectful, possessing high emotional intelligence (EQ).
Mandatory Background
We are looking for retired personnel specifically from:
- SPG (Special Protection Group)
- CRPF (VVIP Wing)
- CISF (Special Security Group)
- ITBP
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Protocol Expertise: Extensive experience in Official VVIP Security Protocol and motorcade operations.
- Liaison: Proven ability to liaise with Airport Security (CISF) and Liaison Officers (LOs) for seamless travel coordination.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid All India Gun License (NPB) and provide original ID cards and ID belt.
- Discretion: Must maintain strict confidentiality and be “non-intrusive” while remaining 100% alert.
- Persona: We require a candidate who is humble, positive, polite, respectful, flexible, and possesses high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Lifestyle: Strictly non-drinker and non-smoker.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with senior dignitaries and stakeholders in Hindi and English.
