Expansion Manager Full Time NEW

As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a dynamic professional to manage end-to-end real estate and property acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential commercial properties for new outlet or office expansion.
• Conduct property scouting, feasibility studies, and prepare proposals for management approval.
• Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and consultants for property shortlisting and negotiations.
• Manage end-to-end leasing activities, including legal documentation, possession, and handover.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Legal, Projects, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential sites and track market trends for new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and agents.
• Ensure timely opening of new outlets or facilities as per business timelines.
• Oversee renewal and relocation of existing sites as per business needs.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of commercial leasing and real estate processes.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and documentation processes.

Qualification & Experience

• Any Degree or related field Expereince.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Real Estate, Leasing, or Property Acquisition.
• Prior experience in Retail, Healthcare, or QSR industries will be preferred.
