Summary
Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role):
To manage and plan the EK-test Pre series cars for testing & coordinator of EK in VTT forum.
Authority
To manage & schedule EK test cars and schedule pool cars within EK
Skills Required
- Complete knowledge of car systems & tests
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Data analysis and reporting (Excel, MS project, VTP & PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with VTM processes and pre-series logistics planning
- Experience Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Documentation and reporting accuracy
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities &Tasks:
- AWS evaluation for Car/BIW for new projects
- Compile and maintain a comprehensive list of all set requirements of whole car and BIW in VTM.
- Ensure Test planning and scheduling with overall project milestones and timelines, ensure VTM reservations.
- Share finalized requirements with the Whole Vehicle and EK sets
- Proactively identify and resolve misalignments or delays with EK sets & track there VTM activities
- Track SC status in collaboration with stakeholders for Car & BIW.
- Alignment and ordering the EK test cars & BIW with Whole Vehicle/launch management
- Time line agreement for test with all EK sets and update in VTM
- Ensuring Car availability along with Whole Vehicle for SETs
