Job Summary:

company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Export Sales Executive to support and grow its international business operations. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in export sales and international trade within the agro industry.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in identifying and developing new international markets and clients.

 Communicate with overseas customers through emails and calls.

 Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales inquiries.

 Support in order processing and coordination with internal teams.

 Maintain client database and track sales activities.

 Assist in preparation of export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, etc.).

 Conduct basic market research to understand global demand and trends.

 Ensure timely response to customer queries and maintain strong relationships.

 Support senior team members in achieving export sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).

 Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

 Interest in international business and export processes.

 Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

 Basic understanding of export procedures and documentation.

 Knowledge of international markets or agro products (added advantage).

 Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
