Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Facebook Ad Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Facebook Ad Specialist will manage end-to-end Facebook advertising campaigns, including planning, audience targeting, ad creation, bidding, and budget allocation to achieve performance and branding goals. Responsibilities include developing and testing ad creatives and copy, setting up and optimizing campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions. The role will involve conducting A/B tests, analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements based on insights. The specialist will collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and product launches, while staying current with platform updates and best practices.
