We are hiring a results-driven Meta Ads Expert for a Digital Marketing agency located in near Acropolis Mall, Kabs, Kolkata, who has real experience scaling campaigns for lead generation and/or eCommerce brands.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, launch & optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
- Scale winning campaigns profitably
- Improve CPL, CPA & ROAS through testing
- Work with creatives, landing pages & audience strategy
- Track performance and submit weekly reports
What We Need:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Strong understanding of scaling & optimization
- Experience with Pixel, Events API & tracking
- Ability to independently manage ad accounts
- Must be data-driven and performance-focused
