Job Description

The facilities team is essential for creating a productive and efficient work environment. They manage physical workspace, handle office logistics, and support day-to-day operations. By maintaining an optimal work environment, the facility team enables employees to focus on their core tasks and contribute effectively to the organization’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage office facilities to ensure a productive and safe working environment.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure the best service and pricing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and supporting the planning and execution of office events and meetings.
• Manage the office reception, including receiving visitors, maintaining contact with the building reception, handling correspondence, and other related tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist Finance, Human Resources, and People Experience teams with administrative and operational support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in English (B2 level).
• Strong experience in purchasing and supplier management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
