Factory Incharge Full Time NEW

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Factory Incharge to oversee day-to-day production operations at our packaging manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine maintenance, basic electrical troubleshooting, and shop floor supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Supervise and manage overall factory floor operations on a daily basis

– Ensure production targets are met as per schedule with minimal downtime

– Perform and coordinate basic preventive maintenance on packaging machines and equipment

– Identify and resolve basic electrical issues in machines (motor faults, wiring, sensors, switchgear, etc.)

– Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and ensure quick resumption of production

– Manage shift workers and daily attendance; allocate duties to shop floor staff

– Maintain records of production output, machine usage, and maintenance logs

– Ensure quality standards are maintained during the production process

– Coordinate with stores/inventory for timely availability of raw materials and spare parts

REQUIRED SKILLS:

– Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance — lubrication, belt replacement, gear checks, pneumatic systems

– Basic electrical knowledge — troubleshooting motors, sensors, and control panels

– Ability to lead and manage a team of floor workers

– Basic computer skills for maintaining production records

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Education: Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (preferred)

– Experience: 1–2 Years in a factory / manufacturing environment (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply)

– Language: Tamil / English (basic communication required)

SALARY:

— Freshers (0–6 months): ₹15,000 per month

– 6 Months – 1 Year Experience: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month

– 1–2 Years Experience: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & performance)
