Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts
• Create engaging content, captions, reels, and fashion-focused storytelling
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and content calendars
• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns
• Identify, onboard, and coordinate with fashion influencers and content creators
• Track influencer performance, collaborations, and ROI
• Coordinate with photographers, designers, and marketing teams for content creation
• Write product descriptions, blogs, and brand communication content
• Cover fashion events, photoshoots, exhibitions, and brand activities
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
• Analyze social media and campaign performance to drive growth

Requirements:

• Background in Fashion Communication, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
• 0–3 years of experience in social media management, fashion communication, or influencer marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and influencer marketing platforms
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar creative tools
• Passion for Indian textiles, handlooms, fashion, and luxury retail
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and coordination skills
