Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Fashion Designer & Content Creator at MS INDIA SOURCING. The role involves researching trends, fabrics, trims, and colors; developing seasonal collections; creating detailed tech packs and design specifications; and collaborating with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to translate concepts into manufacturable products. The Fashion Designer will sketch designs (manual or digital), develop mood boards and CADs, and work closely with sampling teams to review fits, finishes, and quality. As a Content Creator, the role includes producing visual and written content for lookbooks, product catalogs, social media, and presentations, as well as coordinating with photography, styling, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling. The position requires regular communication with internal stakeholders and, when needed, with clients to present design ideas and refine collections to meet target markets and price points.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in fashion design, including trend research, sketching, fabric selection, color coordination, and collection development.
• Proficiency with design and visualization tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar CAD/fashion design software.
• Experience creating tech packs, specification sheets, and clear documentation for sampling and production teams.
• Ability to create engaging digital content, including styling concepts, social media visuals, short-form videos, and brand-aligned storytelling.
• Understanding of textiles, garment construction, pattern-making basics, and fit to collaborate effectively with sampling and production units.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Apparel Design, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in export, sourcing, or manufacturing environments, especially across India/Bangladesh supply chains, is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Noida with cross-functional teams and openness to visiting factories or sample rooms as needed.
