🔹 Role: F&B Executive
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and hospitality
* Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service staff for seamless operations
* Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with FSSAI and safety standards
* Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure quick resolution
* Supervise and train service staff on SOPs, grooming, and service standards
* Assist in staff scheduling, shift planning, and manpower management
* Support inventory control, stock ordering, and vendor coordination
* Ensure proper billing, KOT management, and cash handling procedures
* Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement
* Assist in planning and execution of events, parties, and special promotions
* Monitor daily sales, reports, and operational performance
* Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Requirements:
* 1–3 years of experience in restaurant / hospitality service
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Well-groomed and presentable personality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
