The Job in a Nutshell: We are looking to launch multiple medium-sized House of Legs outlets (dine-in + cloud) across Bengaluru, and need some incredible teammates to join ASAP to help us get this done 0-to-1 as well as possible.
What this Team will do: (It is not necessary for a single person to have all these skills, but the more the better)
The Build: Take a bare-shell commercial space and turn it into a high-efficiency rapid-oven kitchen. You need to understand civil layouts, 3-phase power load, exhaust routing, licenses, vendor negotiation, staff hiring, etc.
The Culinary Engine: Standardize existing core sauce recipes, Menu upgrades and ensure perfect quality control.
The Growth: You aren’t just a kitchen operator; you understand the digital game. You will help strategize our hyper-local ad rollouts, Swiggy/Zomato visibility, and initial launch marketing.
Salary:
First 3 Months: Rs 50,000/month
Next 3 Months: Rs 75,000/month
After first 6 months: Rs 1,00,000/month + Percentage of profits of Bengaluru Outlets
About Us: We offer chicken legs cooked in 8+ premium sauces. Our first cloud kitchen opened in Pune in March 2026, with strong results, leading to planning 10 dine-in + cloud outlets across Bangalore.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Prior F&B Experience, whether on the Chef/Cooking side or Ops or Growth.
- Impeccable Written & Spoken Communication Skills
