Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Field Engineer. The Field Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, and PCs. Other tasks will include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing hands-on support to clients, and ensuring that all technical queries and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively while adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Experience with Field Service-related tasks and proactive client interactions
• Effective Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with clients and teams
• Ability to handle basic Project Management tasks and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Knowledge of computer hardware, including upgrades for RAM, SSDs, and HDDs
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities efficiently
