Role Description

We’re hiring a hands-on marketer who loves being on the ground—planning and executing activations inside Mantri Mall and nearby communities. This role is all about making people discover Mardamed in real life: kiosks, health camps, society tie-ups, local partnerships, and seamless vendor management. If you can run events, negotiate well, and deliver results week after week, you’ll thrive here.

What you will own

• Execute mall kiosks, health camps, society activations, and neighborhood campaigns.
• Coordinate permissions with mall teams, RWAs, apartments, gyms, schools, and offices.
• Manage vendors for printing, signage, stall setup, promoters, flyers, and banners.
• Get quotations, negotiate pricing, track timelines, and ensure quality.
• Be present during activations to manage setup, customer conversations, and lead capture.
• Capture leads through QR codes, WhatsApp opt-ins, forms, or front desk coordination.
• Track footfall, leads, bookings, costs, and share a short post-event report.

What we are looking for

• 1–5 years in field marketing, activations, retail marketing, events, or promoter management.
• Strong on-ground execution and coordination skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers, vendors, mall teams, and local partners.
• Good negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working weekends when activations are planned.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Healthcare experience is a bonus, not required.
