Field Marketing Executive Full Time NEW

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing Executive to join our resort team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our resort through offline channels, driving bookings, and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns to promote resort services, events, and packages

– Visit and coordinate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners to generate business

– Plan and organize promotional events, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs

– Conduct field visits to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones

– Create and distribute marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and banners

– Handle public relations and maintain relationships with media partners

– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to refine marketing strategies

– Organize and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and tourism fairs

– Build partnerships with local businesses, wedding planners, and tour operators

– Track and report on marketing activities and business generated

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

– 1-5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry

– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

– Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits

– Creative thinking with excellent organizational skills

– Knowledge of local tourism market is a plus

– Fluency in English and Hindi/Odia is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
