Job Overview
SROY GROUP is hiring Field Officers to expand our Business Correspondent (BC) network. The role involves onboarding BC agents, promoting financial services, and ensuring active operations in assigned areas.
This is a target-based field role ideal for candidates with experience in AEPS, Micro Banking, or Field Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new Business Correspondents (BC Agents)
Complete KYC, documentation, and verification process
Promote financial services:
AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System)
Savings Account Opening
Insurance (GI / Life)
APY (Pension Scheme)
Ensure BC activation and regular transactions
Achieve monthly onboarding and service targets
Conduct field visits and provide support to BC agents
Maintain daily reporting and performance tracking
Requirements
Minimum Graduate
Experience in AEPS / BC onboarding / Field Sales preferred
Strong communication skills (Hindi/Bengali)
Must be willing to travel locally (field job)
Target-driven and self-motivated
