Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Account Manager role based in Mumbai. The Finance Account Manager will oversee client account finances, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and reconciliation for marketing and influencer campaigns. The role includes monitoring campaign spends, tracking receivables and payables, preparing financial reports, and ensuring timely payments to creators, vendors, and partners. The person in this role will collaborate closely with account management, sales, and operations teams to align financial plans with campaign objectives and client contracts. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, managing tax/compliance documentation, and recommending process improvements for financial efficiency and control.
Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with accounting tools or ERP systems, along with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency for reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of invoicing, reconciliation, revenue recognition, and basic taxation/compliance relevant to agency or service-based businesses.
• Client-facing mindset, with the ability to explain financial data clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance) are an advantage.
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, influencer, or media agency finance is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
