Job Summary

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the hospital’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, network systems, Hospital Information System (HIS), and user support services. The role requires prompt troubleshooting, data security management, and coordination with vendors to ensure uninterrupted healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor computer systems, servers, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to hospital staff and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Manage Hospital Information System (HIS), EMR, and other healthcare applications.
• Ensure regular data backups and recovery procedures.
• Monitor network security, antivirus protection, and firewall systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors for software updates, AMC services, and hardware maintenance.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and applications.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support implementation of new technologies and digital healthcare initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with hospital data security and confidentiality policies.
• Generate IT-related reports and maintain service records.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of networking, servers, Windows/Linux systems, database management, and HIS software.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Job Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee the hospital’s financial planning, budgeting, accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The role is responsible for ensuring financial stability, optimizing revenue, controlling costs, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the hospital.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle management.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Monitor hospital expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
• Supervise finance and accounts team members.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and reconciliation of accounts.
• Support strategic financial planning and business growth initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in healthcare or hospital industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
