Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Executive, located in Siliguri, India. The Fleet Executive will oversee day-to-day operations of the fleet, including coordinating logistics, ensuring vehicles are maintained, and managing schedules for optimal efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring fleet performance, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, maintaining relationships with vendors and drivers, and analyzing data to optimize fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management practices.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with drivers and clients.
• Experience and knowledge in Sales and building strategic partnerships directly related to logistics and fleet management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to optimize fleet operations and performance is preferred.
• Commitment to adhering to safety and compliance standards in the transport and logistics sector.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, especially in fleet management, will be an added benefit.
