Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Manager and Hiring Manager, located in Haveli. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of fleet operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and compliance with regulatory frameworks. You will also manage driver hiring, onboarding, and training processes, while implementing operational strategies for improved fleet utilization. Additional tasks include monitoring and analyzing operational performance data, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align logistics processes with the company’s sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Fleet Management and Fleet Operations practices and processes
• Understanding of DOT Regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Operations Management, with the ability to oversee and optimize logistics operations
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance, metrics, and operational efficiency
• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a fast-paced environment in Haveli
• Preferred: MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management is an advantage
