Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Floor Coordinator to manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth patient flow at Eye Mantra Hospital. The candidate will act as a bridge between patients, doctors, and internal teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day floor operations efficiently.
• Ensure smooth patient flow, from registration to consultation and discharge.
• Assist patients with appointments, queries, and guidance within the hospital.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff for timely service delivery.
• Monitor patient waiting time and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain proper records and documentation related to patient visits.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support front desk and operations team during peak hours.

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any field (Healthcare background preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations or coordination role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of hospital processes is an advantage.
