Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our EyeMantra Hospital.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, ensuring superior patient experience, supervising staff, maintaining compliance standards, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end center operations ensuring smooth patient flow and adherence to protocols
Supervise and coordinate medical & administrative teams; monitor performance and conduct training
Ensure high-quality patient experience, handle feedback, and maintain accurate records
Support marketing initiatives and build relationships with referral partners
Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and identify process improvements
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration, hospital management, or related roles
Prior experience in an eye hospital or medical setting preferred
Proven ability to manage day-to-day hospital operations
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Operational and process optimization expertise
Knowledge of hospital management systems and MS Office
Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
