Job Description Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Floor Manager to oversee showroom floor operations, ensure smooth customer flow, and support the sales team in delivering excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff on the floor, improving customer experience, and assisting in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Monitor customer flow and ensure proper assistance to all walk-in customers
- Support sales team in achieving targets and improving conversions
- Supervise staff performance, grooming, and discipline on the floor
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising standards
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for smooth operations
- Manage queue during peak hours and ensure quick service
- Assist in stock replenishment and floor-level inventory coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and overall showroom presentation
- Prepare basic reports on footfall, sales support, and team performance
