Floor Supervisor Full Time

Furniture industry experience is must

• Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor.
• Monitor workflow and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.
• Supervise carpenters, fabricators, polishers, upholsterers, assemblers, and helpers.
• Monitor product quality and minimize defects, damages, and rework.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Coordinate with store, quality, and production planning teams.
• Maintain discipline, housekeeping, and safety standards on the shop floor.
• Monitor attendance and manpower allocation for daily operations.
• Track production progress and prepare daily production reports.
• Resolve operational and production-related issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to production processes and company SOPs.
• Support management in improving productivity and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
