Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Financial Life Specialist (FLS). Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, understanding their insurance and financial planning needs, pitching suitable products, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves regular client interaction, maintaining strong relationships, and staying updated about HDFC Life’s portfolio to provide tailored recommendations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for engaging with clients effectively.
- Understanding of financial products including insurance, investments, and retirement solutions.
- Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets.
- Basic computer proficiency for maintaining client records and generating reports.
- Ability to work independently within a structured, goal-oriented framework.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in sales or financial services is a plus.
