We at *NutriGENIUS Community* are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a background in nutrition or food technology to support our work in product development, compliance, and quality processes.
This role is suited for candidates interested in working on food products, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing processes (this is not a clinical diet planning role).
*Role Overview:*
This is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting product development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with manufacturers and testing labs.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Support food product development and formulation
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and labeling standards
• Assist with packaging selection and regulatory checks
• Conduct basic costing and cost verification
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors
• Identify and connect with testing labs for product validation
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Maintain documentation related to quality and compliance
*Requirements:*
• Background in Food Technology
• Interest or exposure to product development, compliance, or manufacturing
• Understanding of FSSAI regulations, packaging, and GMP
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet timelines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Compensation will be based on your experience and industry standards and will be discussed after the interview.
