Forward Deployment Intern (Technical + Client-Facing) Full Time NEW

About the role:

We are looking for a highly driven Forward Deployment Intern who enjoys solving real-world business problems by working closely with clients, product teams, and engineers. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, customer onboarding, and customer success, making it ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills along with technical understanding.

As a Forward Deployment Intern, you will work directly with customers to understand workflows, help implement solutions, manage onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer onboarding and ensure a smooth implementation experience
• Work closely with clients to understand operational and technical requirements
• Assist in deploying and configuring solutions for customers
• Conduct onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and user training
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and improve implementations
• Analyze customer workflows and suggest process improvements
• Troubleshoot technical or operational challenges during deployments
• Support customer adoption, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Track project progress and maintain deployment documentation
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed B.E./B.Tech degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of software systems, APIs, databases, or technical workflows
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Client-facing confidence and willingness to travel if required
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or basic scripting
• Experience with SaaS products, onboarding, operations, or customer support
• Interest in product implementation, consulting, solutions engineering, or customer success
