Roles & Responsibilities

· Design, implement, and institutionalize SOPs and MIS systems across operations, supply chain, finance, and growth.

· Act as a Founder proxy and shadow, wearing multiple hats across functions to gain a deep, hands-on understanding of different roles.

· Support strategy and growth initiatives, including new channels, experiments, and execution planning.

· Collect, consolidate, and analyse reports from multiple teams, converting raw inputs into clear insights and decision-ready summaries.

· Work closely with the Founder to own and execute high-impact, undefined business problems across functions.

· Act as a gatekeeper to ensure the Founders’ involvement in projects and decision-making happens at the right moment.

· Help drive the Founders’ key priorities by program-managing critical initiatives and coordinating with leaders across the organisation.

· Assist in new product initiatives, including feasibility analysis, cost understanding, internal coordination, and execution tracking.

· Perform cost analysis and unit economics for products to support pricing, margin improvement, and strategic decisions.

· Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks early, and propose practical solutions with clear trade-offs.

· Operate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity with ownership and execution focus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
