Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable, sharp, and resourceful founder’s executive assistant to support and shadow the founder across strategic, administrative, and operational functions. In this role, you will operate as the Founder’s primary support system and execution anchor- ensuring her day flows smoothly across meetings, shoots, events, productions, and personal commitments. You will be responsible for orchestrating her schedule, enhancing productivity, managing high-level communication, and ensuring flawless coordination across business and creative environments. This is a role for someone who is proactive, fast-thinking, exceptionally organized, and thrives in a dynamic, high-velocity setting.
