About Confetti Design Studio:Confetti Design Studio is India’s leading branding & packaging design studio that works with brands across the globe to create memorable FMCG & retail brands. We work with all our talent remotely and are looking to expand our team with talented and experienced designers across India!
About the role:
– Work at the centre of the studio — embedded across all verticals, plugging gaps and keeping the machine moving.
– Support the sales pipeline end to end — coordinating founder calls, preparing decks and proposals, tracking conversations, and helping move leads from interest to close.
– Own ad hoc projects that fall between functions — timelines, internal documentation, research, follow-ups, and coordination across creative, operations, and growth.
– Act as the connective tissue between team members — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks as multiple brands are built simultaneously.
– Thrive on context-switching, incomplete information, and taking ownership without being told twice. Prior experience in startups, consulting, or brand is a plus — attitude and execution speed matter more.
BONUS: If you have already worked as a founders’ office in a tech or service based business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
