About the Role
This is a Founder’s Office role.
You will work directly with the founder and take ownership across growth, partnerships, and operations.
This role is for people who want to build from scratch, move fast, and take real ownership.
What You’ll Do
1. College Partnerships (Core Focus)
- Build lists of colleges across India
- Reach out via calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Pitch Xord and onboard colleges
- Drive student onboarding
2. Growth & Outreach
- Run outbound campaigns
- Use AI tools to scale outreach and improve conversion
- Experiment and optimize messaging
3. Student & Program Operations
- Coordinate with students and college admins
- Ensure smooth execution of career acceleration programs
- Track progress and ensure outcomes (placements)
4. Hiring Network
- Partner with startups/companies hiring entry-level roles
- Build a strong placement network
- Enable student-to-job matching
What We’re Looking For
- Strong execution mindset (you get things done)
- Confident communicator (calls + pitching)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced work
- Resourceful—can use tools, AI, and hustle
- High ownership and accountability
Preferred: BBA / B.Com / MBA students or recent graduates
Compensation
We’re early-stage and bootstrapped.
- First 3 months: Training + performance-based structure
- Post 3 months: Full-time conversion at ₹4–5 LPA (based on performance)
