Founder’s Office Associate Full Time

(Operations + Communication + Execution)

📍 Remote | 💰 Up to ₹30,000/month

This is NOT a typical admin role.

You’ll work directly with the founder to bring structure, speed, and clarity to an early-stage branding/design studio.

What you’ll do

• Manage the founder’s calendar, priorities, and daily planning
• Handle lead communication + follow-ups (no generic replies)
• Support client onboarding and coordination
• Organise systems on Notion (projects, pipelines, tasks)
• Maintain trackers on Excel / Sheets
• Ensure nothing slips through the cracks

What matters (non-negotiable)

• Strong communication in Hindi + English
• 1+ year experience (ops / admin / coordination / client-facing roles)
• Comfortable with Notion, Excel, and basic Figma
• High ownership → you don’t wait to be told everything
• Detail-oriented → small misses are not acceptable

Salary

Up to ₹30,000/month (based on ownership & capability)
