Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Execution: Support the COO in building and scaling new business units, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments (marketing, operations, product, finance) to execute key projects and drive results.
3. On-Ground Operations: Be willing to visit vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure the seamless execution of supply chain and operational activities.
4. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Identify challenges proactively, find solutions, and implement them without waiting for direct instructions.
5. High Accountability, Low Supervision: While there won’t be micromanagement, reporting must be detailed, structured, and insightful.
6. Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, remove inefficiencies, and create scalable processes to improve business performance.
7. Data-Driven Insights: Conduct research, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for better decision-making.
8. Dynamic Role: Be ready to wear multiple hats, shifting between strategic planning and hands-on execution based on business needs.
9. Direct Reporting to the COO: Understand the COO’s working style, align with it, and ensure that all business requirements are met without friction.
