About the Role
We are a fast-growing D2C brand looking for a Founder’s Office – Operations Lead to act as the founder’s right hand for execution, driving end-to-end business operations across the company.
This is a high-ownership role where you will be the central operating lead and single point of coordination across teams, ensuring seamless execution across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels.
You will play a critical role in running the business day-to-day, bringing structure, speed, and accountability across functions.
Role Mandate
Own end-to-end execution across operations and business functions
Act as the primary POC between founder and all teams
Drive operational excellence, speed, and accountability
Ensure smooth functioning of D2C + marketplace + quick commerce operations
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Business Operations
Oversee supply chain, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment
Ensure smooth execution across D2C website, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms
Monitor key metrics: order fulfillment, delivery timelines, stock availability, returns
2. Central Execution Ownership
Translate founder priorities into clear execution plans
Drive timely execution across teams (ops, marketing, finance, CX)
Ensure follow-through, accountability, and delivery against timelines
3. Customer Experience (CX) & Back-End Ops
Own end-to-end customer journey (orders → delivery → returns → refunds)
Improve CX metrics, turnaround times, and issue resolution
Manage back-office processes, reconciliations, and reporting
4. Vendor & Partner Management
Manage manufacturers, suppliers, 3PL/logistics partners
Ensure SLA adherence, quality control, and cost efficiency
Identify and onboard new partners to support scale
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and tech teams
Ensure campaigns, product launches, and promotions are executed seamlessly
Solve cross-functional bottlenecks quickly
6. Analytics & Reporting
Build and track daily/weekly dashboards across operations and business metrics
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
Provide structured updates and insights to the founder
7. Founder-Facing Execution
Act as the execution owner for high-priority business initiatives
Step in to solve critical operational and business challenges end-to-end
Ensure the business runs efficiently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Who We’re Looking For
4–8 years of experience in D2C / e-commerce / startup operations roles
Strong exposure to supply chain, fulfillment, CX, and business operations
Proven ability to own outcomes across multiple functions
High ownership mindset, execution speed, and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership teams
