About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, curious, high-agency generalist to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with the CEO on strategy, operations, and special projects across our three verticals: EdTech, Healthcare, and Real Estate.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the CEO on key meetings, strategic initiatives, and high-priority projects — ensuring ideas translate into execution.
• Solve strategic and operational challenges across EdTech, Healthcare, and Real Estate through research, analysis, and structured problem-solving.
• Convert founder ideas into actionable execution plans with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive projects forward at startup speed.
• Take ownership of special projects end-to-end — from pilots and launches to process improvements and operational fixes.

• You learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy solving open-ended problems.
• You’re comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, presentations, and basic analysis.
• You communicate clearly and can simplify complex discussions into concise action points.

• You’re dependable, discreet, and excited to work closely with the founder in a high-trust environment.
