NYI (Nudge Your Intellect) is India’s first neurotech-led child intelligence platform — combining neuroscience, cognitive profiling, and human storytelling to help parents truly understand how their child learns.

We’re looking for 5–8 Senior Counselors, Psychologists, and Neuroscientists to join us as Founding Collaborators — not employees, not freelancers.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✦ 15+ years of experience in child psychology, counseling, or neuroscience

✦ Certified psychologist, clinical counselor, or educational neuroscientist

✦ Deeply passionate about child development and parent empowerment

✦ Comfortable co-creating — not just executing

✦ Based in or open to Mumbai (with potential for national reach)

WHAT THIS 60-DAY COLLABORATION LOOKS LIKE

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

This is a 60-day founding partner sprint — not a job in the conventional sense.

In this window, you will:

→ Conduct discovery sessions with parents and children (pro-bono, paid by NYI where needed)

→ Help shape NYI’s proprietary counseling methodology — it will carry your intellectual fingerprint

→ Recruit and train junior counselors under your mentorship, building a team that becomes yours

→ Be listed on the NYI website as a named Founding Collaborator, with your credentials, bio, and specialization — publicly visible as part of our core team

This is how you go from practitioner to architect of something that outlasts a single clinic.

Once the framework is validated and monetization is live:

→ You earn from every session your counselors deliver

→ You earn from every report sold through your cohort
