Mission: Help Build a Modern Jewellery House
GIOII is a modern jewellery house creating heirlooms for a new generation. Crafted in gold and exceptional lab-grown diamonds, our collections balance contemporary design with enduring craftsmanship.
We are looking for a highly organised and execution-focused E-commerce & Operations Associate to work directly with the founder and help build the operational backbone of the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and working across e-commerce, operations, and digital marketing.
You will be one of the earliest team members and play a critical role in helping scale GIOII.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce & Website Management
- Manage the Shopify storefront and product catalogue
- Upload products, collections and website content
- Maintain pricing, inventory and product information
- Coordinate website updates and improvements
- Ensure product pages are accurate, visually consistent and launch-ready
- Support conversion optimisation and website merchandising initiatives
Operations & Supply Chain
- Coordinate with manufacturing and vendor partners
- Track inventory, production timelines and stock availability
- Support order fulfilment and logistics coordination
- Maintain operational workflows, trackers and documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
- Digital Marketing & Launch Support
- Assist with campaign execution across Meta, Google and email marketing
- Coordinate with freelancers, agencies and content creators
- Support product launches and collection drops
- Track key performance metrics and prepare reports
- Help maintain marketing calendars and launch schedules
Preferred Background
- 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, luxury, FMCG or consumer brands
- Hands-on Shopify experience preferred
- Experience managing product catalogues and online stores
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and reporting
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment

- Independently manage the Shopify store
- Own product uploads and catalogue maintenance
- Coordinate inventory and operational workflows
- Support product launches from planning to execution
- Manage reporting and operational tracking
- Significantly reduce founder involvement in day-to-day operational tasks
