About Sociogenie

Sociogenie is an AI-powered social media automation platform helping businesses create, manage, schedule, and publish content more efficiently through AI and automation.

We are an early-stage startup, currently a small team building products from the ground up. If you’re looking for a corporate environment with large teams and established processes, this role may not be the right fit.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, solving problems, and driving growth in a startup environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Acquire new users and paying customers

• Build and execute growth strategies

• Run growth experiments and analyze results

• Improve customer onboarding and retention

• Develop content, outreach, and partnership initiatives

• Work directly with the founder to shape growth strategy

• Help define and build scalable acquisition channels

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Growth Marketing, SaaS Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing

• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention

• Data-driven decision making

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Startup mindset with a willingness to learn and execute
