About Think Decor

Think Decor is an AI and Augmented Reality (AR) startup transforming the way people design and shop for interiors. Our mission is to bring the showroom experience directly into customers’ homes, allowing them to visualize products in real spaces before making purchasing decisions.

Our platform enables customers to explore flooring, tiles, wallpaper, furniture, and décor products through immersive AR experiences while receiving AI-powered design recommendations tailored to their preferences and budget.

For brands, Think Decor provides a digital AR catalog that showcases their products beyond the limitations of physical showrooms, helping them reach more customers and drive sales through innovative technology.

The Role

As our Founding Head of Growth & Marketing, you will lead the growth strategy for Think Decor and be responsible for driving user acquisition, brand awareness, customer engagement, and app growth.

You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in shaping the future of the company.

Responsibilities

Organic Growth

• Develop and execute App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies
• Build and grow our social media presence
• Create content marketing campaigns
• Develop SEO strategies
• Build and engage online communities
• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships
• Create referral and ambassador programs

Paid Growth

• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Manage Google App Campaigns
• Explore TikTok and other paid acquisition channels
• Optimize customer acquisition campaigns
• Track and improve marketing performance metrics

Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute user acquisition plans
• Analyze customer behavior and growth opportunities
• Build partnerships that accelerate growth
• Work closely with product and development teams
• Help define Think Decor’s long-term growth roadmap

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, app marketing, or performance marketing
• Understanding of both organic and paid growth channels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Passion for startups, technology, and innovation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
